  3. Llevar el consomé a hervor y añadir el elote. Dejar cocer por media hora a fuego alto.
  4. Bajar el fuego a medio y agregar los ejotes y chayotes. Dejar hervir por 5 minutos.
  5. Agregar la cebolla faltante, junto con el resto del ajo y los chiles en tiras, los habaneros solo picados con un tenedor. Dejar hervir por 5 minutos.
  6. Agregar los hongos troceados, la calabaza y la flor de calabaza. Dejar hervir por 5 minutos.
