  3. Vertemos el vino blanco y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutos para que se evapore el alcohol. Agregamos los fideos gruesos y dejamos que se doren durante 5 minutos a fuego medio. Añadimos unos 400 ml de agua y cocinamos a fuego medio 20 minutos. Removemos de vez en cuando y si vemos que se queda muy seco agregamos un poquito más de agua.
  4. Añadimos el colorante alimenticio, removemos para que todos los ingredientes cojan color y dejamos cocinar 5 minutos más a fuego medio o hasta que los fideos estén.
