  1. Para la masa, en un recipiente mezclamos harina, sal y polvo de hornear. Luego le añadimos aceite y agua, y empezamos a integrar todo con la mano.
  2. Cuando se forme una masa que no se pega, la ponemos sobre una superficie y amasamos por 5 minutos hasta que esté suavecita. La dejamos reposando en el recipiente.

Tomamos la masa y la extendemos muy bien con un rodillo hasta lograr el tamaño y el grosor deseado, después lo pasamos al molde en donde lo vamos a hornear, previamente engrasado para evitar que se pegue (yo usé un molde rectangular de 27 por 30 cm porque no tenía de pizza y me alcanzó para cubrirlo todo).
  7. Primero pueden untarle un poco de salsa de tomate o pasta de tomate, pero es totalmente opcional. Ponemos la salsa bechamel, un capa de queso, una de pollo, la espinaca, los champiñones, el cilantro y otra capa de queso.
  8. Llevamos al horno por 18 minutos, dejamos enfriar unos 5 minutos y listo. ¡A disfrutar!
