  2. Coloca en una olla la mantequilla y cuando esté totalmente derretida añade las cebollas, revuelve un poco e inmediatamente agrega el apio y cocina por 4 minutos. Incorpora los champiñones, condimenta con sal, pimienta y tomillo. Ahora vierte el fondo caliente, pero antes reserva 4 cdas a temperatura ambiente. Manten en el fuego medio alto por 10 min, en este tiempo los champiñones estarán tiernos y habrán reducido su tamaño.
  3. Une la fécula con el fondo que reservaste, revuelve bien para que no queden grumos. Agrégalo al cazo, baja el fuego y cocina sin dejarde revolver hasta que espese. Retira del fuego e incorpora la nata, deja que se mezcle con el calor excedente. Sirve con rodajas de pan tostado.
