- Colocar varias capas hasta lograr el grosor deseado, la capa final tiene que ser de queso, puré y colocar tocino al final como tapa encima de todo para envolver. Terminar el puré verterlo hasta cubrir, colocar el papel aluminio.
- Meter al horno precalentado aprox. 30 min o hasta que con un cuchillo pase fácilmente hará el fondo del refractario.
