  2. Cocer la tortilla en el comal, cuidando que no se queme.
  3. Freír la tortilla para formar una tostada,
  4. Cortar finamente la cebolla y agregar a la cacerola con aceite, después agregar la pasta de frijol y al final agregar las hojas de poleo.
  5. Cortar los pimientos en pequeños cuadros, cortar los champiñones a la mitad, freír en aceite y sazonar con orégano.
  6. Hacer un guacamole con el aguacate, el chile serrano y sal (mezclar todos los ingredientes en la licuadora sin nada de agua).
  7. Para la decoración rallar el queso fresco, sacar láminas muy delgadas de rábano y pepino (reservar en agua por 8 min y darle forma para hacer una flor)
  8. Montar el platillo al gusto y listo.
