Dejaremos el arroz absorbiendo los líquidos sin dejar de revolver, cuando ya vemos que absorbió bastante le agregamos el resto de líquido que nos quedaba y cuando hayan pasado unos 15 a 20 minutos más o menos nuestro arroz está perfecto, agregamos por último una cucharada de mantequilla y el queso rallado y mezclamos bien y listo nuestro risotto lo decoramos con tomillo o la hierba que más te guste a disfrutar
